These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and tkgm ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino website accessible at tkgm.ws. These Terms govern all use of the tkgm platform, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino games, slots, E-Sports wagering, and any other product or service offered on the site.

tkgm is an online gaming platform designed for and marketed to adult players in Bangladesh. All services are provided in English and all monetary values are expressed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) using the ৳ symbol unless otherwise stated. To register and maintain an active account with tkgm, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. tkgm strictly prohibits the registration and use of its services by any person under the age of 21, regardless of the legal gambling age in any other jurisdiction.
• You are accessing the platform for your own personal, recreational use and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not acting as an agent, reseller, or white-label operator for any competing gaming business.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, or officer of tkgm, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You are not registered as a self-excluded player on the tkgm platform or any associated responsible gaming programme.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contractual agreement under the laws applicable to your location.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before using the platform.

tkgm reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time, including prior to the processing of any withdrawal. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by our compliance team may result in temporary account suspension until verification is complete.

Each player may register and hold only one (1) account on the tkgm platform. The operation of duplicate, linked, or multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment method identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, and email address. You undertake to update this information promptly in the event of any change. tkgm accepts no liability for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate registration details.

Verification Requirements

tkgm employs a Know Your Customer (KYC) process consistent with responsible gaming and fraud prevention standards. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (utility bill or bank statement)
• Confirmation of the payment method registered on your account (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or card statement)
• A selfie photograph holding your identification document, if requested by the compliance team

Registration of an account does not guarantee approval of withdrawal requests. Full KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal above the platform's standard verification threshold is processed. tkgm may request additional documents beyond those listed above where deemed necessary by the compliance team.

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your tkgm login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party under any circumstances.

• tkgm will never contact you by email, SMS, or live chat to request your password or full payment method PIN.
• You must notify tkgm immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• tkgm accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to protect your login credentials or where you have shared them voluntarily with a third party.
• Any activity conducted from your account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — will be treated as authorised by you unless you have notified tkgm of a suspected compromise prior to those actions occurring.
• Sessions inactive for a defined period will be automatically terminated as a security measure. You are responsible for logging out of shared or public devices after each session.

All deposits to your tkgm account must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where a payment is made from a method registered to a different individual — are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and confiscation of any associated funds.

The following deposit methods are currently accepted on the tkgm platform:

• bKash — mobile financial service, minimum ৳500 per transaction
• Nagad — mobile financial service, minimum ৳500 per transaction
• Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank MFS) — minimum ৳500 per transaction
• Upay — mobile financial service, minimum ৳500 per transaction
• Visa — debit and credit cards, minimum ৳1,000 per transaction
• Mastercard — debit and credit cards, minimum ৳1,000 per transaction

Deposit processing times vary by method. bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay deposits are typically credited to your tkgm balance within one to two minutes during normal operating conditions. Card deposits may take up to fifteen minutes. tkgm does not charge a processing fee on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges for which tkgm bears no responsibility.

tkgm reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. Funds deposited using methods that cannot be verified as belonging to the registered account holder will not be credited and will be returned to the originating source where technically possible.

tkgm offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer and to the general conditions set out in this Section. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence over these general conditions.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and must meet all applicable wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds.
• Standard wagering requirements range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount unless otherwise stated. The specific multiplier for each promotion is communicated in the relevant offer details.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% to wagering requirements. Live casino games may contribute a lower percentage. Check the specific promotion page for contribution rates.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible player, household, IP address, device, or payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• tkgm reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, subject to the protection of any bonus already credited and in active use.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to using multiple accounts, exploiting wagering loopholes, or placing opposing bets to neutralise wagering risk — will result in bonus cancellation and may lead to account closure.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Unclaimed or un-wagered bonuses will lapse upon expiry without compensation.

Withdrawal requests are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) to the payment method registered on your account. tkgm does not process withdrawals to payment methods that are not registered to the account holder's verified identity. All withdrawal requests are subject to the completion of full KYC verification.

Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay: Within 30 minutes to 2 hours during business hours (9:00 AM – 11:00 PM BST, UTC+6). Requests submitted outside these hours are queued and processed at the start of the next business window.
• Visa / Mastercard: 1 to 3 business days, subject to your card issuer's processing timelines.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. There is no standard maximum single withdrawal limit for verified accounts, though tkgm reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence checks for unusually large withdrawal requests. In such cases, the compliance team will contact you at the email address registered on your account.

tkgm reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal where: (a) the KYC verification process has not been completed; (b) there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity or a breach of these Terms; (c) an active bonus has not yet met its wagering requirements; or (d) a dispute related to the account is under active investigation.

All sports bets placed on the tkgm platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport and market. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand and accept the applicable rules, including the following general betting conditions:

• Bets are final once confirmed. tkgm does not accept cancellation or amendment requests for bets that have been successfully placed and accepted by the system.
• tkgm reserves the right to void any bet where: an obvious pricing error occurred; the event was affected by match-fixing or corrupt activity; the market was suspended prior to the bet being accepted; or the result is subject to an official reversal or amendment by the relevant governing body.
• In-play (live) bets are subject to the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. Odds can change rapidly during live events, and tkgm bears no responsibility for network delays that may result in a player receiving different odds from those displayed at the moment of bet initiation.
• For cricket matches (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers internationals), specific rules apply to matches affected by rain, reduced overs, or Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method outcomes. Consult the cricket betting rules section in your account area for full details.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed at the time of bet placement and may vary based on your account verification status.
• Accumulator and combination bets are subject to maximum payout caps. These caps are applied automatically by the betting system at the time of bet placement.

Casino and slot games available on the tkgm platform are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The fairness of each game is determined solely by the RNG and the mathematical parameters (Return to Player percentage and volatility) set by the respective game provider — Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, or Spribe — at the time of game certification.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tkgm platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, voiding of all pending bets, and confiscation of any balance held in the account:

• Opening or operating more than one account on the platform, whether under the same identity or a different identity
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial intelligence tool to place bets, access the platform, or exploit any feature
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corrupt influence over the outcome of any event offered for betting on the platform
• Colluding with other players in live casino games or poker variants to gain an unfair advantage
• Abusing bonus offers through systematic exploitation of wagering loopholes, including the use of multiple accounts or coordinated betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements

tkgm is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We recognise that for a small number of players, gambling can become a problem that causes financial hardship, personal distress, and harm to family relationships. The following tools and resources are available to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: You may set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit on your account. Once set, a limit can be reduced immediately. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational betting and gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any part of the platform or its content without prior written consent from tkgm
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology used to operate the platform
• Create derivative works based on any content from the platform
• Use the tkgm brand name, logo, or any other identifier in a manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or partnership without explicit written consent
• Frame or mirror the platform on any other website or digital property

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tkgm's total cumulative liability to you in respect of any claim, loss, or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your tkgm account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

tkgm shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind
• Loss of profit, revenue, business opportunity, goodwill, or anticipated savings
• Losses arising from internet connectivity issues, mobile network interruptions, or device failures on your side
• Losses caused by a Force Majeure event, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, civil unrest, or telecommunications network failures beyond tkgm's reasonable control
• Losses resulting from your reliance on any betting tips, odds information, or editorial content published on the platform, which is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute a guarantee of outcome

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

tkgm collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key points regarding your personal data on the tkgm platform:

• Your data is used to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, prevent fraud, and comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.
• tkgm does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the tkgm platform. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through tkgm's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted in English.

tkgm operates a formal complaints procedure for the resolution of player disputes. Where a complaint relates to a specific bet or game round, please include the relevant bet ID or round reference number, the date and time of the transaction in Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6), the game or market name, and a clear description of the issue. This information allows the complaints team to retrieve the relevant records and provide an accurate, timely response.
